With the new school year, there has been a new wave of students in the journalism class. Today we are going to take a closer look at Gabriel (Gabe) and a glimpse of who he is what kind of person he currently is and what got him to this position in his life.

Gabe is a 17-year-old born on July 27th, 2007 and he is a senior here at Agua Fria it is his first time taking journalism. He is very interested in sports hence the fact he is a student athlete here at Agua Fria being a baseball player for the school playing first base and pitcher. He enjoys playing baseball and playing video games in his free time. He is a fan of the San Francisco Giants and his favorite player is Casey Schmitt. Gabe is also a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks and looks up to his favorite player Geno Smith. He is Korean and is proud of his nationality. He is from Phoenix, Arizona, and has lived here his entire life. Gabe enjoys his science classes in school and he enjoys them so much he wants to go down the science path for a career but more specifically into Forensics Science. Gabe is ecstatic about the fact he gets to graduate and take his talents to the next level by going down his very own career path. Gabe believes that with the career he has in mind, he can keep the people of America safe and provide justice to every single one of them.

Gabe has grown up as a younger brother to his big brother Christian and a son to his mom Lisa and his dad Ted. He makes his family very proud and makes sure he does well in school to succeed for them. He has always been a smart hardworking young man and has done everything to be as successful as possible. Gabe has a bright future ahead and has the best plans and intentions to grow into the man he wants to be. Gabe says his favorite thing about school is seeing his friends every day and going to Mr. Smith's class to learn about the government not only because Mr. Smith is his favorite teacher but because the lessons he learns in that class will set him up to be more successful and reliable in the future.
