Mariah Carey said she “wasn’t sure about putting out the song, or Christmas music at all” stated Austin Kellerman in an article he had written about the singer. Mariah had a different expectation which was wrong due to how much recognition she got with this song. Throughout the years, the famous singer decided to update the official music video and brought out her twins to participate in the new music video, creating more Christmas spirit.
