Hi, my name is Bianca Ibuado and I’m a sophomore at Agua Fria High School. I was born on September 22, 2000, in Sacramento, Calif. I moved to Phoenix when I was 1.

I’m the oldest of four kids, and even worse, I’m the only girl. I was advanced in Kindergarten so they allowed me to enter early. All my life I’ve been motivated to do good in school, I can thank my parents for that.

Failing is not an option for me. Everything I do — school, soccer, art — needs to be perfect. I don’t know why but I feel a need to have everything I do be perfect. Now I’m adding one more thing to my list for perfection: journalism. I can’t wait to get started and am excited to see how the program is going to build.
