Graduation Schedule

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS. Make sure you get your check out sheet completed and turned into guidance by 4:30 on May 18th in order to participate in graduation practice/ exercises. Diplomas will be available to be picked up between may 23rd and 26th in the guidance office. YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR DIPLOMA IF you returned all of your textbooks and paid all of your class fees!

Important dates for Seniors:

Thursday, May 11: Baccalaureate/Senior night 7:00- 8:30

Tuesday, May 16: (Regular 6 period day) Senior Exams 5 & 6

Honors Assembly Practice (OK Fulton Gym) (open to all graduates but mandatory for all graduates receiving an award) 2:15-4:15

Wednesday, May 17: Senior Exams 1 & 3 7:15-10:50

(lunch on campus) 10:50-11:25

Graduation Practice (Meet in OK Fulton Gym) 11:25-2:10

Honors Assembly report time for students 5:15

Honors Assembly (OK Fulton Gym) 6:00-8:00

Thursday, May 18: Senior Exam 2 & 4 7:15-10:50

(Lunch on Campus) 10:50-11:25

Graduation Practice (Meet on AFHS Baseball field) 11:25-2:10

*Senior Checkout*- All seniors must turn in their completed Graduation Check out Sheet to their guidance counselor by 4:30 pm

Friday, May 19: Graduation Practice (Meet on AFHS Baseball Field) 7:15-11:15

*Senior may leave campus for lunch 11:15- 12:45

Graduation Practice 12:45-2:10

Report times for graduates (Meet in OK Fulton Gym) 6:00

Dress Rehearsal/ Pictures (AFHS Baseball Field) 7:00

Monday, May 22: Graduation Practice (Meet on AFHS Baseball Field) 7:15- 11:15

*Seniors may leave campus for lunch 11:15-12:45

Graduation practice (AFHS Baseball Field) 12:45-2:10

Report time for graduates (Goodyear park) 7:00

Graduation 8:00
