We’ve all been stressed for a test. Whether it’s a big chapter test or a small quiz, you want to do good. Of course it all starts with studying. (For further information on studying, check out our article on study tips by fellow OwlFeed writer Kassi Simmons). A big part of doing good on a test includes not freaking out about it. Without further ado, here’s some tips:
Study. It all starts with studying, because if you know the material then you’ll be much more confident when you take an exam on it.
Take a bubble bath! It’s actually super relaxing and seems to just wash your stress away.
Play relaxing music. I know playing rain noises sounds ridiculous but you never know, it might work for you.
Take a walk and exercise your stress away!
Two words: pet therapy. Pets are great listeners. You know because they can’t talk LOL, but you can just repeat all the information you’ve been studying.
Last but not least, chew gum during your test. It keeps your mind engaged and helps you take your mind off the test.
Disclaimer: I can’t promise that you won’t still stress over your upcoming test, but hopefully these tips will help lessen your stress.
