Coffee Is Good for Students

By: Arzoo Sultani

“We’ve always had a passion for community and coffee… and when you think about that, it really makes sense. People often gather over coffee,” Bethany Priebe said. She is the manager of Cultivate Coffee and loves to bring people together over coffee.

Drinking coffee could be connected to a reduced risk of dying from a slew of diseases, including heart disease and stroke.

Why do 60% of people drink coffee? Well, most people get coffee because coffee contains a stimulant called caffeine that helps people feel less tired and increase energy levels, and it also helps get people’s blood moving as well. Caffeine has negative effects include insomnia, nervousness, irregular heartbeats and restlessness. However, that coffee has more benefits than rick.

Those who reported that they drank two or three cups of coffee a day had an 18% decreased chance of death compared to those who did not drink coffee over the 16-year test period.

The health benefits and limitations of coffee have been long studied, and this isn’t the first time coffee drinkers have seen headlines claiming their morning habit may result in a long life. Adolescents should cap daily caffeine intake at 100g.

“Black as the devil, Hot as hell, Pure as an angel, Sweet as love.” Bethany Priebe said. Sometimes when I use coffee while working on my homework or project it helps me stay awake for a long time and makes me feel less tired.

A school must have a small coffee cove, so teenagers can have some coffee before class to help them concentrate on their school studies, and also make a much lower risk of several diseases. The caffeine in coffee also causes an elevation in heart rate which can help you focus better.

Most schools have soda for lunch that consists of filtered water and refined sugars. We want to make sure that adolescents use healthy drinking and stay away from unhealthy drinks or food. “When life gives you lemons, trade them for coffee.” Bethany Priebe said.  Coffee is an appropriate drink for adolescents to be capable and focused.

If we make a small coffee cove in school then all teens will have healthy bodies. In fact, the school’s work will increase and have a positive effect. Getting sufficient coffee makes people more intelligent. According to the study of Scientific American. So coffee is crucial to be provided in schools.

“Give a gift that makes a difference,” Bethany Priebe said. We all know how significant people’s lives are, so we better start with healthy products and keep ourselves active. Students that are sleep-deprived can’t focus if they could come to school, get coffee then they will be able to stay awake during classes. If our lovely school had a coffee cove, then, students wouldn’t have to concentrate too hard to learn and memorize things.

Bringing coffee to school is the best way to start improving our school.
